This is the beginning of our adventure together and I am excited to learn about the dream home we'll be finding together.  By leveraging my local market knowledge, and industry contacts I'll give you a leg up in a competitive market. It's never too soon to start this conversation!

Fret not, I've got multiple lenders and financial experts that can figure out the best way to get you pre-approval ready!

*I also do consultations for future buyers who are interested in purchasing in a year or two (or five!) that would like advice on how to prepare so they can be mortgage ready when the time comes. 

I’ll match your must-haves with your budget and come up with a list of options to tour. Be it the first house, or the 20th, I'm confident we'll find something that makes your heart skip a beat. 

We've found “The One." Time to move quick! Together we'll formulate and submit a fair but competitive, data-driven purchase offer and negotiate as needed to get an offer accepted. 

With an accepted offer its time to start inspections. I’ll set up licensed inspections depending on the needs of the home (general home, roof, foundation, electric, plumbing, etc.) to determine the home’s condition and to use as a bargaining tool to further negotiate should repairs be needed. 

Once the inspection contingency period has closed, you'll await your lenders final loan approval as they complete their underwriting process. I’ll work with your lender to make sure all the necessary paperwork is complete as we move closer to a smooth closing.

After a grueling process of way too many docusign signatures, inspections, and a dragged out approval wait period-Alas, the ending is near. I’ll conduct a final walk-through and once both parties sign closing statements, the keys will be in your hot little hands. Violà, you're a homeowner!
