Strategy + Negotiate

We've found “The One." Time to move quick! Together we'll formulate and submit a fair but competitive, data-driven purchase offer and negotiate as needed to get an offer accepted. 

Inspect

Conduct Property Inspections

With an accepted offer its time to start inspections. I’ll set up licensed inspections depending on the needs of the home (general home, roof, foundation, electric, plumbing, etc.) to determine the home’s condition and to use as a bargaining tool to further negotiate should repairs be needed. 

Approve

Loan Approval

Once the inspection contingency period has closed, you'll await your lenders final loan approval as they complete their underwriting process. I’ll work with your lender to make sure all the necessary paperwork is complete as we move closer to a smooth closing.

After a grueling process of way too many docusign signatures, inspections, and a dragged out approval wait period-Alas, the ending is near. I’ll conduct a final walk-through and once both parties sign closing statements, the keys will be in your hot little hands. Violà, you're a homeowner!
